Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the BellCon Communications website and services. By accessing the website, creating an account, or using BellCon services, you agree to these terms and applicable laws.

Subscriptions and billing

BellCon calling plans are monthly subscription services. Once a subscription is purchased, the applicable monthly charge and tax are billed automatically until the subscription is cancelled. Customers are responsible for cancelling a subscription through their BellCon account when they no longer want the service. Cancellation stops future subscription renewals and does not retroactively reverse charges already incurred, except where required by law or expressly approved by BellCon.

Service

BellCon provides virtual local-number and call-forwarding services subject to the features and geographic limits of the customer’s selected plan. Availability of particular telephone numbers is not guaranteed. Customers are responsible for providing accurate account and forwarding information and for using the service lawfully.

Acceptable use and suspension

BellCon may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, fraud, unlawful activity, security concerns, non-payment, or a material violation of these terms. Where appropriate and practicable, BellCon may provide notice.

Intellectual property

The BellCon website, branding, original content, features, and services are owned by BellCon Communications or used with permission and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, intellectual-property, and other proprietary-rights laws.

Third-party services

BellCon may rely on third-party payment, telecommunications, hosting, email, and technology providers to deliver parts of the service. Their systems may be subject to their own terms, availability, and technical limitations.

Changes

BellCon may update these terms from time to time. The current version will be published on this website. Continued use of the service after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms to the extent permitted by law.
